**Cancellation Policy** We understand that sometimes schedules change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. **Cancellation Fee:** - Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - This fee is non-refundable. - This fee is non-negotiable. **Lash Extension Policy** -Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when booking a full lash set. This will go toward your final service fee. -Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. -Punctuality: Arriving on time is essential. If you're late, whether by 5 minutes or 20, we will have to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required for your next booking. -Fill Appointments: For the best lash maintenance, we recommend scheduling fill appointments every 2-3 weeks. If it's been more than 3 weeks, we'll need to do a new full set and an additional charge will incur for the removal of any existing lashes. This may cut into your appointment time, meaning you won't receive a full set. -Lash Fills from Other Salons: We do not perform fills on lashes applied by another salon.
